What happens if there is bad weather on my charter date?
The Captain is the ultimate decision maker when deeming if the seas are safe to take out guests. If this is the case, we will make sure to accommodate for a postponement or rescheduling, based on your schedule. We want this to be your special event or day out on the water
Do I have to make a deposit?
With how busy boat charters are in the summer, we require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation for your event.

I have booked with The Office Boat Charters. What now?
Once your booking and deposit are confirmed, we will provide you with an agreement to be signed along with a Waiver for each guest that will be aboard the boat. This is recommended to be completed before the Charter, however we do have waivers aboard the boat for anyone who has not signed one.
Cancellation Policy
The Office Boat Charters is one of the rare boat operations that doesn't charge cancellation fees.
BYOB/BYOF and Rules:
The Office has waters, towels, and sunscreen on board. Any additional food or drink will be your responsibility!
We are huge pet fans and allow them to come aboard. We understand dogs are part of the family, which is why we are one of the few charters allowing furry friends.
